Taste of Amsterdam is the city’s culinary festival: for four days in early June 2027, the Amstelpark becomes an open-air restaurant where Amsterdam’s top restaurants serve their signature dishes in festival format. Exact dates to be confirmed.

The city’s restaurants in one park

Renowned kitchens and rising stars set up pop-up restaurants among the greenery, serving tasting-size versions of their best dishes. Add wine and cocktail bars, tastings, live cooking masterclasses by well-known chefs, and music, and you have the most delicious weekend of the Amsterdam summer.
