Rollende Keukens (Rolling Kitchens) is the biggest food truck festival of the Netherlands. Around the Ascension weekend in May 2027, more than 100 mobile kitchens roll into Westergas for five days of street food, live music and early-summer festival vibes – around 150,000 visitors strong. Street food heaven at Westergas

From gourmet burgers and wood-oven pizza to Surinamese, Korean, vegan and experimental kitchens on wheels: Rollende Keukens is where Amsterdam’s food scene shows off. The industrial Westergasfabriek terrain fills with trucks, picnic tables, bars and stages – entrance is free, you pay per dish.
